Welcome to Brewhaha, where we document our adventures in fermentation!

In our spare time me and the misses (Simone) like to make wines, jams, and to experiment with various other fermented food stuffs. The only problem - other than the mess - with making such lovely tasties is that some of them take an age to be ready and you only make them once or twice a year, so this blog will be our record of what we did when, and how we done it, so that when the season rolls around once again we can recreate that taste of 2000 and whatever!
